One author who is currently very popular for romance novels is Stephenie Meyer. Her popularity rose largely due to the success of her Twilight series. Twilight is the story of a romance between a vampire and a young lady. While the books have been enjoyed by teens and adults alike, the movies seem to be geared more towards teens. Stephenie has written another deliciously romantic novel called The Host.
The Ogles became neighbors with the likes of Timothy Reagan, John Ownby, Jr., and Henry Bohanon. A general store was begun, while Timothy Reagan began making furniture.
A church was established, but a school didn't happen until the early 1900s. A women's organization, Pi Beta Phi, opened a school upon recognizing the need for the locals to be educated. The epic stems from a chain of events involving the Russian search for gold during the American Civil War. Seattle designer Leviticus Blue is declared to create a machine that will drill for gold through Alaskan ice.
While testing his computer (dubbed the Boneshaker) something goes severely wrong: Seattle is gutted as the Boneshaker slices out the real estate below the city. Worse still, the burrowing has also unleashed a slow-spreading smoke that begins to turn buyers into zombies.
